Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction-based refund on digital products, subject to the terms presented at checkout. This is a voluntary customer-service policy extended as a goodwill measure. It does not constitute, and should not be construed as, a statutory right of withdrawal, a cooling-off right, or any other legally mandated consumer protection right under any jurisdiction. All requests for refunds under this policy must be submitted to support@stillher.health within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at purchase. Rizo IQ is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
No Resale
Program licenses are personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, share login credentials for, or sublicense any StillHer program or digital product.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rizo IQ disclaims all warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Carroll County, Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Rizo IQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. We will update the effective date accordingly. Material changes to terms governing existing program purchases will be communicated to affected users by email.
