Your body is changing. Your power isn't.

Welcome to StillHer — evidence-based menopause guidance for women who are done being dismissed and ready for real answers.

If This Sounds Familiar

You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.

You've spent decades taking care of everyone around you. Now your body is doing things you don't recognize — and the people you turn to for answers keep telling you it's "just stress" or "just part of aging."

You've Googled symptoms at 3am. You've left a doctor's appointment feeling dismissed. You've tried supplements that promised everything and delivered nothing. That frustration is earned.

StillHer exists because you deserve better than vague reassurances and generic wellness advice. You deserve answers grounded in research — answers that honor your intelligence, your experience, and the complexity of what you're going through.

Sound Familiar?

The symptoms no one warned you about

Energy That Vanishes

Bone-deep fatigue that sleep doesn't fix. The 2pm crash is hormonal — driven by shifting estrogen and cortisol.

Brain Fog

Words that won't come. Focus that scatters. Your estrogen is shifting — and it's pulling your cognition with it.

Sleep Disruption

Night sweats. Insomnia. The 3am wake-up with a racing mind. Consistent rest feels impossible.

Mood Shifts & Rage

Irritability, anxiety, and anger that come out of nowhere. Your emotional baseline has moved — and there's a reason.

Body Composition Changes

Weight redistribution — especially around the middle — despite doing everything "right." Your metabolism has shifted gears.

Intimacy & Desire

Vaginal dryness. Painful sex. Libido that's disappeared. These changes are common, treatable, and nothing to be ashamed of.

Who's Behind StillHer

Meet Samantha

I'm not a doctor. I'm a researcher, a writer, and a woman who got tired of the gap between what menopause actually does to us and what the medical system is willing to address.

I built StillHer because I needed it to exist. I needed a place that names symptoms plainly — brain fog, rage, vaginal dryness, loss of desire — without flinching. Somewhere the science gets cited without being hidden behind. Where women talk to each other the way we actually do: directly, honestly, and without patronizing softness.

Everything here is grounded in the research. The recommendations cite real studies. And the voice behind it belongs to a woman who understands what you're going through — because I've been there too.

Our Approach

How StillHer is different

Evidence over hype

We cite our sources and name the studies. If the evidence is mixed, we tell you that too — because you can handle nuance, and we respect that.

Written from her perspective

StillHer is written for you, by someone who knows what this transition feels like from the inside. Every article, every guide, every recommendation comes from that lens.

No topics off limits

Vaginal dryness. Loss of desire. Menopause rage. The symptoms other sites soften or skip — we address directly, plainly, and without embarrassment.

No toxic positivity

We will never tell you this is a "beautiful new chapter" when you're exhausted and angry. We validate what you're feeling, then give you something actionable to do about it.

Questions We Get Asked

Before you dive in

StillHer is a menopause wellness platform built for women in perimenopause and menopause. We cover symptoms like brain fog, sleep disruption, weight changes, mood shifts, and intimacy challenges — every article grounded in clinical research, written the way women actually talk to each other.

StillHer is for women ages 40 to 65 in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause — especially those who've been told their symptoms are "normal," overwhelmed by contradictory wellness advice, or left without real answers. If you want guidance backed by research, you're in the right place.

No. StillHer provides wellness education grounded in clinical research. Samantha is a dedicated research advocate. She is not a clinician, and nothing on this site replaces medical advice. We always encourage working with qualified healthcare providers for diagnosis and treatment decisions. What we offer is the context and clarity your 10-minute appointment doesn't have time for.

StillHer covers the full spectrum of menopause wellness: hormonal changes, brain fog and cognitive function, sleep disruption, menopause belly and body composition, skin and hair changes, mood and emotional regulation, intimate health and genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), and relationships during menopause.

We write from her perspective — the woman going through it, not the clinician observing it. We cite the studies, name the symptoms plainly, and address the topics most sites soften or skip. Your experience is real and worth understanding.

GSM stands for genitourinary syndrome of menopause. It's a progressive condition caused by estrogen decline that affects vaginal, vulvar, and urinary tissue — including dryness, painful sex, urinary urgency, and recurrent UTIs. Unlike hot flashes, GSM does not resolve on its own and worsens without treatment. We cover it in depth because most women have never heard the term, and most doctors don't raise it.
