I'm not a doctor. I'm a researcher, a writer, and a woman who got tired of the gap between what menopause actually does to us and what the medical system is willing to address.

GSM stands for genitourinary syndrome of menopause. It's a progressive condition caused by estrogen decline that affects vaginal, vulvar, and urinary tissue — including dryness, painful sex, urinary urgency, and recurrent UTIs.
