Information You Provide Directly
- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter, download a lead magnet, or submit a contact form
- Name — optionally provided during opt-in or program enrollment
- Contact form messages — content you submit via our contact form (processed through Formspree)
- Quiz responses — answers you provide in our symptom quiz, used to segment and personalize email content
- Program enrollment data — if you purchase or enroll in a StillHer program
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on site, referral source, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location (country/state), collected via Google Analytics 4
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Section 4 and our Cookie Policy
- IP address — collected by our hosting provider (Hostinger) and analytics tools; not stored in identifiable form by StillHer

We do not collect payment card information directly — purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not knowingly collect protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. We do not collect Social Security numbers or government identification.

Email Communications
When you subscribe to a StillHer lead magnet, newsletter, or program, your email address is stored in ActiveCampaign, our email service provider. ActiveCampaign processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at activecampaign.com.
We use email tracking (open and click pixels) to measure engagement and personalize follow-up content. You can disable email tracking by configuring your email client to block remote images.
Unsubscribe: Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it will immediately remove you from that mailing list. To request complete deletion of your email data, contact us at support@stillher.health.
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. All commercial emails identify StillHer / Rizo IQ as the sender, include our physical mailing address (1075 Long Valley Road, Westminster, Maryland 21157), and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
Affiliate and Partner Tracking
StillHer participates in affiliate programs. When you click an affiliate link, the partner network may place a tracking cookie in your browser to attribute any subsequent purchase to StillHer. The personal data collected in this process is governed by the affiliate network's own privacy policy — not this policy.
Our affiliate partners include: Nutrafol (direct program), Partnerize (Bonafide, Revaree), Amazon Associates, FlexOffers, and Pelvic Floor Strong. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
We do not receive personal data from affiliate networks beyond aggregate commission reports. Affiliate tracking does not require you to create an account with StillHer.

Data Retention
- Email subscribers: Retained in ActiveCampaign until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Suppression records (opt-out records) are retained indefinitely to prevent re-subscription.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 retains data for up to 14 months by default; we use the standard retention setting.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months for customer service purposes, then deleted.
- Server logs: Retained by Hostinger per their standard log retention policy (typically 30–90 days).
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt-out of email: Unsubscribe from any or all email communications at any time
- Data portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format (where technically feasible)

California Residents — CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you the following additional rights:

EEA and UK Residents — GDPR
StillHer is operated from the United States and is primarily directed at U.S. residents. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR may apply to the processing of your personal data.
Legal basis for processing: We process your data on the basis of your consent (opt-in email subscription), our legitimate interests (analytics, site security), and contractual necessity (program delivery).
Your GDPR rights include the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. By using this website, you consent to this transfer.
Age of digital consent: GDPR Article 8 sets the age of digital consent at 16 in most EEA member states, though individual member states may lower this to 13. UK GDPR sets the age at 13.
