Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the things women ask us most.
Who is behind StillHer?
StillHer was founded by Samantha Jones — a dedicated menopause wellness researcher and advocate. Samantha is not a physician, but she has spent years reviewing clinical research, speaking with practitioners, and building evidence-based resources specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause. Everything on this site is grounded in published science and real-world experience from thousands of women navigating this transition.
Is StillHer a medical practice? Can you give me medical advice?
No. StillHer is an educational wellness platform — not a medical practice, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our content is research-backed and designed to help you have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider. If you're experiencing symptoms that concern you, please consult a qualified practitioner.
How long does it take to get a response?
We read every message personally and aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If your question is time-sensitive or relates to a product purchase, note that in your subject line and we'll prioritize it.
I purchased the Clarity Kit and have a question. How do I get help?
Use the form above and select "Product Support" as your subject. Include the email address you used for your purchase so we can locate your order quickly. We want to make sure you get the most out of every resource.
Do you accept guest posts or collaboration requests?
We're selectively open to collaborations with practitioners, researchers, and brands aligned with our mission — evidence-based menopause wellness written for real women. If you'd like to pitch a collaboration, select "Partnership or Media" in the form above and include a brief description of what you have in mind.
Can my husband or partner use StillHer resources too?
Absolutely. While StillHer is written for women, many of our readers share articles and guides with their partners to help them understand what's actually happening during perimenopause and menopause. We've heard from hundreds of women that sharing our content helped open a real conversation at home.
How do you decide what products to recommend?
Every product recommendation on StillHer is evaluated against published clinical evidence, ingredient transparency, and real-world results reported by women in menopause. We do participate in affiliate programs — meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through our links — but we never recommend a product we haven't thoroughly researched. If the evidence isn't there, it doesn't make it onto the site.
I want to be notified about new programs and launches. How?
The best way is to join our email list. You'll get early access to new guides, programs, and resources before they go public — plus weekly evidence-based menopause wellness content. You can sign up from our homepage or any article on the site.
